Specifically, Congressman Sestak called for the exemption from the change, which amounts to a 20% reduction in state assistance to disabled individuals, for blind and disabled children and disabled individuals relying solely on federal Supplement Security Income (SSI) payments"

It offers some basic insight into what is happening with regards to Pennsylvania’s decision to decrease their contribution to Social Security benefits by what comes to about $5.30 a month decrease for an individual I’m not sure what the amount of the decrease is for couples, I imagine it’s probably the same or maybe as much as $10 for them, but I’m not sure so if someone could give that info to me I would really appreciate it.
