“Pa. governor signs voter ID bill into law; Bill requires voters to present valid photo ID, which includes a Penn ID, at polls”

This article dated March 14, 2012 found on the Daily Pennsylvanian website, indicates that despite strong opposition to the bill, HB934 was signed into law by Governor Corbett.  This bill is one that requires voters to have a Photo ID to vote in Pennsylvania.  I watched the final debates leading up to the house vote which passed the bill with a count of I believe 130 to 88 and then it was off to Governor Corbett’s desk for his signature.  The article indicates you can still vote even if you don’t have an ID, but what it neglects to point out is you then will have 6 days to show your ID to the board of elections based on the bill itself.
