This March 17, 2013 article on the FutureHealth.org website offers a neat idea for a way to use Mind Mapping as a way to better understand the things that bounce around in our minds, or in the case of this article, giving a way to channel or maybe gain some understanding about the “voices” or “recordings” that play over and over in our minds.

here’s a link to Xmind mind mapping software I use for lots of different things, wether it be helping me sort my research info, or plan out the steps I need to take for a project, and yes, I even use it on those days when my mind is so cluttered I feel like my head will explode if I don’t get some of the thoughts out of my head and put them on hold someplace externally, Xmind offers both a free and professional version, and is among the easiest mind mapping program I’ve found so far ….. here’s a link to the xmind website if you want to take a look ….. http://www.xmind.net/

If you would prefer an online tool, here’s a basic mind mapping tool called “Coggle” located at http://coggle.it

**Note I don’t benefit in any way by promoting the link to Xmind’s website … it’s simply a FYI kind of link**
