50th Anniversary of the March on Washington D.C.

Video Link

This C-Span broadcast is a celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the March on Washington by Civil Rights activists in 1963.  The story found in the history of the efforts of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and many other people is a story that is not completed.  The speakers in this broadcast talk in-depth about how the struggle continues for those with disabilities, those who are in the LGBTQ community, and many other minority groups.  I HIGHLY recommend this segment to anyone who is trying to understand the Civil Rights movement and how it applies to us today.
