This October 2013 TED Talk that was posted in November 2013 offers a perspective on how cities could be enhanced if they were designed with the Blind in mind.  It’s not specific to mental health, but I did notice a few things that Chris described that could easily translate to and be used by those in the mental health community.  See if you can pick them out.
