“As state expands Medicaid, glitch imperils care for drug addicts and mentally ill”

Article Link

This December 19, 2014 The Patriot-News article talks about a huge glitch that is effecting people with mental health and/or addition issues who are on medicaid.  Apparently, the “glitch” is preventing agencies from getting paid for services provided to the folks in need of treatment, this means either they have to pay out of pocket, or the agency has to either eat the cost of the services or deny services to the person.  The article explains it better, but basically it means Corbett’s expansion plan has a huge flaw in the transition and the people paying the price for it are those with mental health or addiction issues.
