This November 7, 2014 NewsWorks article talks about a pilot program in Delaware County, PA that is working with people with mental illnesses using self-directed care that offers them more choices about the services they receive. The person can say this service isn’t working for me, but I think this over here might be a better fit to meet my needs, and the money from the program is shifted to allow for the change in service.
