This YouTube video uploaded by Armando Hasudungan on October 9, 2013 talks about mental health and not only gives a basic explanation of what mental illness is or is not, but also talks a little about stigma and how to work to decrease it. The video gives statistics specific to Australia, but from what I know about statistics here in America, the numbers are very similar. The Overall message of this video is worth checking out though if you have just under just under 3 minutes to spare.
