This September 12, 2015 article out of Harrisburg, PA found on the Philly.com website talks about the ongoing budget stalemate …. I have to wonder if the government official’s pay was put on hold until a budget was passed if maybe they would consider passing it in a more timely manner … just because they have everything they need doesn’t mean that the people they are screwing with by not passing a budget have everything they need.
