This July 17, 2014 article from The Inquirer found on the Philly.com website talks about Rep. Tim Murphy’s mental health reform bill.  In the article there are concerns raised by the Mental Health Association (MHA) about cuts to a patient advocacy group known as PAIMHI the purpose of this group is to make sure that patients with mental illnesses are able to report abuse and neglect they experience or witness while they are in a facility.

“A proposed law would make it easier for the mentally ill to be treated, but would it come at the expense of their rights?”
