Consumer/Family Satisfaction Teams (C/FST) survey Consumers and family members of Consumers to try and find out what works, doesn’t work, or needs such as support services, or even what barriers prevent Consumers from receiving treatment.  The Consumers surveyed are all volunteers, and are not forced to participate in the surveys, but are encouraged to do so, because it allows them to have a voice regarding what their needs really are in regards to Mental Health treatment and supports.
